Judge says no to NSA spying!

Finally someone stepped up and took a stand about the NSA warrant-less wire tapping.

This excites me to see a Judge stand up for the constitution. It seems almost rare these days, when others want to call the constitution a living document so they can interpret it however they please.
I will post more info about this issue later.
