While recently browsing through test questions for becoming a certified personal trainer, I found this.
20. Lifestyle habits such as drug abuse, sedentary living, unsafe sex, poor diet, smoking, and violent behavior are all considered:
A. Stress management techniques.
B. Elements of wellness.
C. Benefits of exercise.
D. Negative lifestyle choices.
Even though the correct answer is A. I think the answer that the test was looking for, might have been D. I'm going to make one interesting personal trainer some day!
