Free books online

In case anyone was not aware of Project Gutenburg I wanted to bring it to your attention. Project Gutenburg is where you can find over 18,000 ebooks that are free to read. Any books that were written before 1923 have expired copyrights and are considered public domain, which means they are available for public use. So any classics that you have been considering buying can be previewed online for free; assuming that they have been added to the archives of Project Gutenburg. So lets say that you wanted to read something from Jonathan Swift's - Modest Proposal. Well you can go here and read it online. If you desired to download the book to your computer you could click here for the main page of this book.
This is a great way to preview classics before you buy them or perhaps you would just prefer to download the book instead of buying it. For anyone who has not had the pleasure of reading the above mentioned book I highly recommend it. Keep in mind that this is a satirical piece.
